Friendly and attentive staff during our stay.
The resort is in serious need of upkeep. Our bungalow had a view obstructed by an overgrown bush and the grass area was completely unkempt, making it uncomfortable to relax outside. We requested an iron and were absurdly told we couldn't get one due to health and safety reasons, leading us to pay an outrageous €50 to have a few items ironed. Additionally, the beach drinks were served in cheap plastic cups, and we were charged for the cups without prior notice. Definitely not what we expected from a supposed 5-star resort.
